core gameplay is fun and the multiplayer is fine, but a lot of the story mode levels are just kind of annoying and piss me off (I am not a hardcore bobblehead)

I hope the true hardcore bobbleheads won't pop me up but ... I think this game is fine. Story mode I feel is obnoxious and levels feel either fun and exciting or uninspiring and a drag to sit through. Also I didn't expect for the game to have so much dialogue, which I found cute. The multiplayer is pretty cool, even though I never felt like playing through the Space Invaders crossover more than a couple of times. I played this game for some days but I don't think I'll 100% it.
It's still going to come up while playing with friends, outside of beating them up on Mario Kart.

A fun puzzle bobble game that I wish had just a little more. The art style is fine but feels lazy. The music could be better as well as some of the stage layouts (many seem rather lazy as well). It is good to see Bub and Bob back for some more action and I am here to support it. Worth playing if you're a fan but maybe wait for the price to drop a bit. Still puzzle bubble fun at its core.

Got it because I had the older PC version that I grew up playing with my mom and we both loved it.

I kinda wish they did have more, like more levels. It's everything I like about Puzzle Bobble but I hate the loading screens. I feel like a game so simple and should not have to load for so long!

At the time I never knew Bubble Bobble was a...thing. It's always been Puzzle Bobble to me.

full of joy and whimsy playing this. couldn't stop my feet from kicking every time I got a 4 chain combo.

agree about gameplay being fun but I'd love more OSTs for this kind of game (or an option to play classic songs). also story levels sometimes are really bs without a reason. but this is still good Puzzle Bobble game. i'll play again if it'd ever come to PC

Just your standard puzzle bobble. A welcome entry on the switch but not as good as spell bubble.

I haven't played this game yet, but I'm having second thoughts buying it because they've brought that pink fluffy bitch from Puzzle Bubble 2 over thinking that we will now be sympathetic for her "cute, mainstream, anime kawaii approach", but nah, our nightmares for her genocides against people's TV screens due to her being stupidly overpowered as the 3rd stage in a 12-13 stage puzzle game won't be forgotten.

I'll wait until my Anju or Cleon gets the modern treatment, not this mf.
