since quitting final fantasy 14 earlier in the year and becoming remarkedly less online as a person having quit my dream of a career in my art, i managed to explore more gaming experiences than i ever have previously in a single year with the help of this platform. i owe a lot to all the friends i've made on here, and for a place that somewhat motivates procrastinating i've gotten a lot done, though i struggle to shake the concept of none of this "mattering" to the "real world". and like, it doesn't really, but it brings me some contentment. having befriended you does too. i feel guilty for having shut down socially but a lot is becoming hard to cope and my neuroses have never been worse. i read what you have to say though and i love existing alongside you. parallel play.
