The game world is pretty, but unfortunately also completely irrelevant. Everything only serves as a backdrop. As a result, the sometimes long journeys to mission goals are boring. But those who stick out here will still be rewarded with a great, atmospheric gangster story that shines with interesting characters throughout.
A Plague Tale: Requiem offers a captivating story, great characters, and a thrilling experience. Despite not making major changes from the previous game, it added new and exciting gameplay elements, like the option for your allies to provide an extra skill and a skill tree that evolves based on your play style. The continuation of the story from the previous installment is strengthened by more interesting characters, resulting in a mixture of emotional experiences, ranging from sad to scary to heartwarming. I am eager to see what dangers lie ahead for Amicia and her companions in a future sequel
Such a unique gaming experience. The game is a mish-mash of various genres in terms of gameplay, which works faily ok, but the beauty in this lies with the story and the atmosphere. It''s a Sci-fi story with multiple layers of complexity. The soundtrack is a masterpiece (probably the best soundtrack in any game). Highly recommended for those who are looking for a deeper experience in terms of storytelling. The gameplay and open world is decent but not perfect.
