You see, I was enjoying this game, quite a lot in fact. But then I realized it was all made up. I wasn't feeling bad for the situation, I was feeling bad for the loss of a creator. It recontextualized the game in such a way that it suddenly became a tale of a petty discussion, of a senseless struggle. Why would I care about the feelings of these individuals? In the end it didn't say anything interesting to me. Play The Magic Circle if you are looking for something like this but with actual substance.
