One of the most influential Mario Kart games, introducing elements that are still relevant today, like the Retro Grand Prix or vital mechanics such as mini-turbos. It runs smoothly, has a great roster of characters, iconic tracks like "Delfino Square" or "Waluigi Pinball," and unique game modes like the "Missions" mode. It's one of my childhood games, one of the Mario Kart games I've spent the most hours on, and one of my favorites. To this day, it remains as fresh as the first day; it has aged almost not at all.
