A fantastic game brought down a bit by some of the most terribly designed and frustrating boss fights you can find. Truly mind boggling how bad they are compared to how well polished the rest of the game is.

There's a perk that gives a chance to reflect bullets back at enemies as they shoot you. Two bad guys right in front of me shot me at the same time, then the bullets both deflected and shot them in their dicks simultaneously. Incredible.

I feel like the loops are too short for them to get as weird as I wanted them to.

Fairly wholesome in theme for an H game, pretty art as well.

There’s a scene in Planetarian where the cute little android gives a big speech on the wonders of the universe, the romance of discovery and the way space can draw our imagination. It’s a very beautiful speech and in that one scene this title evoked my admiration and respect for space exploration and the wonders it contains, than in any moment Starfield shat out during the 25 hours I spent with it.
It’s a short title and it shows it’s age, even with the HD version (it has a twitter button), but it’s still a beautiful and rewarding experience.

A cute and cozy little game with some funny dialogue. Nothing bad, nothing special.

When I was playing through this I legitimately thought it was like a student game or something I had stumbled across. After I finished it I see that it has a huge fan base and even PopUp Parade figures. How? Why? I genuinely don't understand.

The highest of highs and the lowest of mind numbing lows. This game takes a lot of influence from FF XIV and it really shows in the fetch quests. Cid is incredibly hot and Jill deserved better than being side lined as the Girl in the party.

A great game that should have been about a third shorter than it was.

Hard to think of another work in this medium that rallies so hard against the ideology of humanism. It also manages to do so without sounding like an edgy teen who just hates people.

First time replaying it since it originally released, there's just so much less story and substance here than I remembered. Most of this game is just run and gun through a forest.

A beautiful story taking place in a rural Indonesian town in the 90s, a setting we really don't see often in really any medium. It has the occasional tedious back tracking, but overall is really well paced.

I don't know a whole lot about Fate, but I still really enjoyed my time with these characters. There's a good selection of fighting styles to change up gameplay, however the different enemy types, despite being many of them, all feel samey.
Fairly solid story but the ending felt half finished.

A well written and strongly performed narrative game, that explores the connections between masculinity, fear of looking weak and how they bleed into all aspects of life where men hold power and authority.

The major problems with the Halo games at this point, well, at any point after 3, is that all of the major story beats happen in the books. The gameplay is still sharp and refined and the new Co-Op works well enough, but good luck caring about anything happening on screen.
