Gameplay's a great improvement over Advance 1 except, ironically enough, on the clan wars (no more cool random battles) and the law system (which is now tailored to every mission, pain in the ass to deal in certain cases).
The story is a huge step down from Advance 1, and even more compared to the original Tactics. Despite all of this it's a wonderful game and worth playing.
