I just remembered that I played and beat this game, and now I wish that I hadn't.

SADX Mod Loader fixes nearly everything wrong with this port.

Comfort game.

It's full of soul. Loved the art direction and the way Sonic's character was portrayed here. Day stages have fun level design, and have some cool setpieces. The Werehog stages were mostly alright. Only complaints I have were stages being locked behind medals, and Eggman Land being god awful. Especially during the hotdog missions.

S ranking all these games is extremely satisfying.

A great marriage between the 1st and 2nd game in both gameplay and story/themes. Kind of wish they kept stutter step though.

Combat overhaul was amazing, and it gave a better final boss fight than the base game.

Fun combat and characters but UI is garbage. Malos was also based.

It's KINO. Simple as.
