Like every C&C expansion pack before it, it's higher-difficulty and lower rent, and also as with the others, it indulges way too much in complex puzzle-missions that demand more trial-and-error than strategy. The scaling back of the FMV cutscenes and return to commanders talking directly to camera and addressing your blessedly offscreen character would be appreciated, but the story is still too dull and serious for that to be much advantage.
