I love the Souls series. But its time to branch off onto new pastures while waiting for a new 'souls' game by Fromsoftware. So here are Upcoming Souls-likes in various genres: 2D, 3D, top-down, side-scroller, metroidvania, open-world, hub-based, souls-lite and etc. Most of these are indies, in steam early access looking to release in 2024 and beyond. Not an expert on the souls formula at all, so titles are subject to change. Added titles released in 2023 as extra examples for those who may not have heard of these soulslikes.
