Main character Chin is a fictional relative of Bruce Lee.
In the English language version, Fei Long makes direct reference to Bruce and Brandon Lee in his ending, stating "there can never be another legend like the great one and his son". We then see a huge number of students training in front of a statue of Bruce.
In the English language version, Mallow asks Mario "who do you think you are, Bruce Lee?"

Jacky's fighting style is explicitly named as Jeet Kune Do, meaning Bruce Lee existed in VF World at some point.
Jann Lee's ending has a flashback to him watching Bruce Lee movies as a kid. He's not named and it's not footage from a real movie, but it's obviously meant to be Lee and I'm the one making the list, pal, I make the decisions around here.
The Japanese instruction manual contains a character profile for Billy Lee in which Bruce Lee is referred to as his "martial arts idol", finally namedropping the guy almost everything in these games is based on.
Bruce Lee has been either DLC or an unlockable character throughout the entire EA Sports UFC series. Okay, maybe it's stretching it to say EA Sports UFC is a "game world".
Bruce Lee was a playable character, but has since been replaced with "Dragon Warrior" due to license expiry. Unsure if this means Bruce Lee did exist and now doesn't or if history has been changed.
In the Nightclub stage, there are several pixellated movie posters in the background, two of which are Fist of Fury and Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story. One of them is Only the Strong, so Mark Dacascos also canonically exists in Final Vendetta's world. Maybe the only game to confirm this?
