Truly the sequel to LaD. The writing continues to be amazing, the lack luster gameplay has been improved tenfold (still could use some improvement), and the music, god DAMN. All that really holds this game back is some weird stuff in the middle, characters that show up, do something, and die. Weirdly little connections to Gaiden, and while I loved both sides of the story, I do thing trying to continue Ichiban’s story while trying to book end Kiryus with a two party system did hurt the pacing a bit.
But it’s peak, I love the dragons.

A sidegrade to the original Yakuza 2, a Persona 3 Portable to Persona 3 FES if you will. The combat is fine, and while the cut content is a shame, it doesn’t truly hurt the overall experience. Outside of the weird green filter, this game looks great, plays great, and lets you experience one of the best stories in the series (imo).
Majima saga is kinda bad, but it is worth just for like 3 scenes and one of the coolest bosses in the series.
