Fantastic RPG. while i may have few gripes with the gameplay side of things (encounters, bosses etc.) i can say this is one of the best 'modern games' I've played in a awhile. the time just flys by with a game like this. great acting, great characters, great soundtrack. a compelling story. truly this game is a gem in my opinion. this is definitely in the top 10 conversation.

2nd Favorite MGS. highly repayable. highly entertaining gameplay. fun co-op. boss fights are the weakest part with its over usage of the "bullet sponge" approach. its lacking that creative boss design that was prevalent in previous entries. managing mother base is surpassingly not a chore. and is optional.
given that this game was designed & developed for a handheld i think its very impressive all things considered. definitely the most fun "on the go" experience i've had. Monster hunter crossover is great too.

3rd favorite MGS. stealth is a bit weak compared to other stealth games like splinter cell, Thief, and Hitman. the game shines when it comes to narrative. great direction from Kojima. Ocelot was starting to get corny towards the end though.
