As someone who liked the anime as a kid and seeing this had a translation I figured I'd give it a shot. It's a very bare bones strategy game where instead of gaining exp you level up by defeating a set number of enemies. The stages are fairly small but it's understandable as the battles are grand like other games of the genre. There is an over world where you walk to the next stage.

I really like the pixel art in this game and I felt like it was a nice little nod to the anime. Is it worth playing if you're a Tenchi fan? Maybe though it is fairly short and simple. If you're a strategy fan I'd say there quite a few other games on the console that are better.
