If I had a nickel for every obscure game developed by Almanic on SNES involving time travel, I'd have two nickels, which isn't saying much but it's weird that it happened twice.

Kind of novel honestly, but a bit sloppy in its execution. It's a rail shooter of sorts, in first person similar to Dynamite Duke or Shinobi's bonus stages, but with some added emphasis on blocking attacks and close combat. Cool on paper, but a bit overstimulating, even without taking into account the insane difficulty this game boasts. This game's fucking impossible, maybe not literally but it sure feels like it. Not really in an interesting or fun way either, it's just kind of bullshit and too much to take in. I could see myself liking it more if it was easier or at least more fair, could probably also do without ending with a boss rush. I did try easy mode at first but it cut me off after stage 4 was complete and I had to start over on normal mode, much to my dismay. I definitely wanted to like this more than I did, but I guess it is what it is.

This game is actually compatible with both the Super Scope and the SNES mouse, but I used the default controls. I highly doubt it'd be a better experience with the former, I doubt anything is, but perhaps the mouse...?
