The Yoshi games have consistently the most wholesome art style in the Mario universe and this one still looks brilliant for the year it came out. One of the best soundtracks in gaming.

It took the Mario formula into larger scale levels with more a focus on collecting different items that kept the Yoshi sub-series distinct from the mainline games and it works great!

Just need to add a baby Luigi, Peach, DK, and Wario and then it'd be perfect.
