Pure dopemine.
Almost no real gameplay other than moving around. The real reason why it's so much fun is due to the absurd combos and builds you can make and the progression.
Just when you think you've seen everything this game has a new update comes out with an entirely unique new thing to the game and then you're back in and playing for another hour or two!
This game is pure crack and I can't get away from it. Not that I'd even want to :)

Great game the characters, story, environment, and gameplay are all some of the best in the industry. Super Giant once again shows their mastery and care they put into ever project.
Only reason for not being a 10/10 is that some of the achievements and "prophecies" can be super tedious and annoying to get, basically resulting in killing yourself at the start of the run just to see if a specific NPC that you need spawned or to reroll the first few rooms to try and get a specific boon/hammer upgrade
