Even when not talking about the controls, I think the game has exactly the reputation it deserves. It's literally Star Fox 64, but with very few elements which made Star Fox 64 a 5-star game in my eyes. Porting it to the Switch and fixing the controls would merely bump my score up from 1.5 stars to 2.5 stars, or maybe just 2 stars if I'm in a bad mood.

I think the controls are an essential part of it, and perhaps one of it's defining aspect, and unfortunately porting it would mean compromising that. Also yes, I do greatly enjoy the control scheme in this one
