It's not often a games ending makes me genuinely get emotional. And boy howdy did this game do that in spades.
An incredibly emotional story with one of the best main casts I've seen in an RPG. A surprising amount to do between Social Links and the various Requests from Elizabeth.

My only small gripe is that after a while the trips to Tartarus did get a little boring after a while... I never thought I'd miss Mementos but aside from that one little issue. We have a genuine leading contender for my GOTY

This is one of the few games where I feel like each party member has an ongoing relevance in the story, even if it is indicated to take place off-screen (like Junpei visiting [REDACTED] or Akihiko pestering Shinjiro when you're doing your daytime activities that I honestly think everything melds really well to the finale!
The cast feel like they're trying to go through their own lives as well, and I think that's why it does such a good job of making them endearing!
