Backloggd most professional reviewers will play the game for 1 day, rate it, call it objective, and then give professional financial advise to Blizzard.

My friend literally cannot play the game because it apparently does not accept pre-paid phone numbers đź’€. If that isn't a class 5 bruh moment idk what is.

EDIT: I played the game myself and I think it's alright. Lazy as fuck and a complete joke of a battle pass. Everything that makes it somewhat fun comes from what was already established in OW 1. Still, I find it hard to give it much praise when it was released in such a piss-poor state and by such a shit company no less.

Then God said, “Let there be Garfield Kart”; and there was Garfield Kart. Truly a cult classic.

First of all the game made Ultra Instinct Shaggy a reality, how can you not love it for that alone?

Ok, on to the real review.

MultiVersus is easily the most fun, polished and fairly balanced Smash alternative I've ever played. There is just so much depth and variety to the gameplay, it has all the platform based fighting game staples you can imagine alongside some new mechanics of its own to keep the gameplay fresh and I especially love the addition of classes and perks to the characters and how it adds an extra level of strategy to the battles.

Also the game is very friendly to free players and it is easy to earn rewards simply just by playing the game which will let you unlock new characters plus speaking of the characters the roster is fantastic with tons of iconic WB characters both new and old and to make matters even better most of them have their original/fan favorite voices like Kevin Conroy as Batman, George Newburn as Superman, Maisie Williams as Arya Stark or Matthew Lillard as Shaggy and I love how the characters all have fun unique interactions and conversations with each other during battle. WB certainly didn't skimp out on the budget and it shows in both the high production values and the smooth and fluid gameplay and animations.

Naturally this is still an open beta so there are some bugs and network issues plus limited content in terms of game modes and stages, but so far the game shows tons of promise and potential and I look forward to seeing where the devs take it from here because if it is updated properly it could be a strong Smash competitor especially since it already has better net-code than Smash and is crossplay across multiple consoles and PC.

The chicken massacre of 2003 will never be forgotten.

The greatest game ever made - an outright masterpiece that no other game can even think of competing with. Ocarina of Time? The Witcher 3? Nah, fuck out of here - this is the real deal. Before I played this game, I was miserable - depressed, lonely - but it wasn’t until I played this absolute masterpiece when my life began to change for the better. Amazing graphics, a kickass soundtrack, deep gameplay - this game has it all. Cory, you really are a busta.

8/10 too much water

Nice of the princess to invite us over to this garbage ass game, gay Luigi?

Buggy but fun. Mods are great and make up for the main game's shortcomings. The combat is pretty mediocre but the leveling mechanics are so fun to abuse and the world is nice to explore. I have very mixed feelings on the writing. Some of the story moments are legitimately great and memorable while others just drag on. Really just a fun time sink with some notable shortcomings.

This game is impressive in how it is one of the most soulless, industry plant-type creations I have ever bared witness to, but it is depressingly getting exactly what it wants in the longterm:
-Massive, influential YouTubers and content creators covering the game and giving it publicity it doesn't deserve
-Dronelike theorizing about nothing lore, with TWO videos by MatPat (where even he subtly decries the shady, scummy business practices of some of the people behind this game) regarding the same played-out bullshit story you can imagine
-And massive financial success from greedy, moneygrubbing marketing and merchandising.

The concept of this game being anything resembling "indie" has been entirely erased at this point.

This game is now the Warner Bros. of indie games. And it's genuinely depressing that a game like Five Nights at Freddy's that (while undeniably flawed) was a piece with so much genuine heart, passion, and drive to its creation ended up inspiring such a bland, but unfortunately successful DISASTER of a video game that ends up being just another "children's toys but with a dark twist" product to add to that homogenous glob of indie horror, all while reaping rewards it very much does not deserve.
Fuck this game.

This game makes you feel like you are using Bing.
