Tanker is the best MGS sequel that you could ask... Platform is not as good but still fun.
I don't like that there is too much hand holding, cutscenes and codec-calls that break the pacing compared to the first game.
I tried really hard for the big boss achievment but after every failed attempt having to wait about 2 to 3 minutes for intro and loading screens (plus a variable amount of backtracking) made me drop the achievment beacuse it was not fun anymore. Still, the story was amazing and the innumerable gimmicks that are present in a game published originaly in 2001 make it a fun experience.

After the ending I'm not sure wat was real and what wasn't.

The art design got better from the first; the new machines feel amazing to fight, watch and overal are great to interact with; the gameplay has evolved in a more complex and personalizebale way; and the story had a few twist that I enjoyed.
Stil the story was pretty boring at times and the side content is pretty shallow... for all I know a random goblin could have asked me to to do a roleplay of D-Day but I wouldn't know because I've forgotten anything that isn't main story related.
Oh... almost forgot...
