I found this decade old file on my DS flash card while waiting for my car to be towed and I figured I'd finish it up, because why not

Pokemon has so many cool creatures to train and battle, and I love that you really feel like your bond with them relates as you can raise higher leveled Pokemon and teach them new moves and build your own gang of buddies to take on the world!
The world is so cool too, it's so fun to explore Kanto (except for Rock Tunnel lol) and see what secrets I can discover, or even a powerful Pokemon hidden away! Also Blastoise is much cooler than Charizard and can learn ice Beam to deal with Venusaur and water cannon turtle is the coolest and if you don't like that get out. I had friends show me Missingno. and was blown away, who knows how many more secrets this game holds!
These games sparked Pokemania for a reason, there's just so much to them and it sparked a lot of playground discussion and mystery. If you want to catch a glimpse of the magic of the franchise and the mania it created, play these games!
