Back with our favorite dumb bitches... with 80% of the gameplay being roaming around a map and talking to people in the first person view just like the other game but gamers are a bit entitled so the skating sextions ain't cutting it... it does reek of tumblr energy to be fair but... when have humans not adapted? Embrace the cringe. Bear with a few bugs and that's it... you are gaming in its purest form. Easy to S rank everything but the scoreboard is hoarded by some romanian hacker I think I don't know how else he got millions of points above everyone else.

This one's more about the destination than the journey... in terms of choices anyways. Usually the opposite with prequels, what a daring concept. It cemented Zoe as the de-facto protagonist of the franchise which makes sense she was the "just like you fr" character in the first game. I still like the artstyle and- my goodness, Zoe aged more than that Alex kid between the games. At this rate, Trump Jr. will outgrow him... hilarious concept btw, turning him into an anarchist was something I didn't know I needed.

I was really hyped for the first game and then just found it okay. Is this one better?

@LeonardoMF93 this is a game for fans of the first game, despite some of the differences. You have to care about Zoe enough to be interested in her backstory or else you won't like the story, the exploration can be fun since you get fewer but bigger zones, but idk it's not really a pull. Dialogue choices mostly results in flavor text... game feels like a lower budget Road 96 to play while waiting for a true sequel, but it's only 4 hours so maybe on big sales it might be a good filler game once your backlog is small enough

Your comment cleared up the doubt I had. The fact that it's small also got me excited. I think I'll wait for a sale. I don't know the platform you played on, but I got the first one on Switch, and the performance was quite bad. I hope this one is better.

@LeonardoMF93 PC! it's usually the platform when i dont put any. One area has really low framerates and I don't know why, I didn't bother to mention it since the game doesn't have timing involved outside of skateboarding and it ran fine there. These aren't particularly hard so if it does have a few drops on Switch, think of it as playing hard mode xD

I see. On Switch, it had FPS drops, and there were times I thought it might stop at any moment. It could also be because I played it right at launch.
