WOW THIS GAME WAS FUN. A little clunky here and there BUT SO MUCH TO DO. STORY WAS GREAT! Shout out to my controller constantly disconnecting and the game just straight up not running well on my PC for some reason. The game is well optimized, but my computer did not want me having fun. Walking Erection.

I think what bothers me the most is the slow windup to speed. IDK if it was just me, but Sonic 1 has a lot of cheap shots. Maybe I'm just terrible at the game too... I'm not sure.

It's amazing how much better this one is. Music slaps so hard. I'm pretty sure Oil Ocean is gonna be in my head for the rest of my life. Metropolis Zone level design can fuck off.

Holy shit. The writing is so fucking choice and puzzles got way harder. The buildup is a bit lethargic compared to 999, but WOW is the payoff the most kino scifi shit I've ever experienced. Also, "She's not anywhere" is one of the most soulcrushing sentences ever.
Really nice Spice & Wolf content. I feel sort of bad that I didn’t sit through the monotony to get a better ending, but if Spice and Wolf has taught me anything, it’s about the journey and not the destination. Maybe I’ll return someday.
THE BEST ONE. There were no moments where I was punished for going fast! Also it’s spectacle and MUSIC SLAPS SO HARD HOLY FUCK. So ambitious!!

A little jank but I think it was supposed to be a partial love letter to street racing of 80s and 90s. Due to time, it has now become a love letter to the late 90s fantasy. They left their mark on the streets of time. Such a joy to hear and look at the whole time. I did not like getting locked out of the last race and not having ANY clue what to do, I just needed to get good!! But quality writing and Bosozoku’d Evos/Limos/Trucks got me to the end. DREAMING ON THE ROAD. THE LEGEND OF SHOU AKASAKI WILL NEVER DIE.

Lovely artstyle with some fun little writing. I love all of the characters so much. Those blues are just UNREAL, the color palette is incredible. The line “The time we have spent with you is priceless.” got me for some reason. Also the eating scene was straight out of ERASED but it still got me like it got me in ERASED!

I had a real fun time playing this with a friend. Wampa mountain climbing, my friend's favorite level (droid factory) being laggy as hell, peak was Darth Vader (Me) vs Luke (my friend). Good times all around. Really kept the lego humor and quirky gameplay feel despite so many things being different. There is A LOT of content in this game.

Such a beautiful game that I am very happy I played. Dream team of developers make a once in a lifetime video game. The Akira Toriyama art makes me so happy and made me smile throughout the game. So little fat and virtually no bullshit. Great time overall. MARLEE SPRITES MAKE ME SMILE ESPECIALLY HER JUMPING ONE IDK WHY

Felt like an addition to Zero. Not as good as Zero, but still fun. People say this game is harder but now I understand it is harder because the bosses are designed in a more annoying way. Also Zombie Majima. Best fights but ridiculously shoehorned in. I implore you to watch scenes from the original dub of this game.

Not entirely my type of game. Really cool visuals and the combat is really interesting and the class system with all of the different specs and passives and shit, I can see how this game OPENS UP. Too much grind for me IMO. You want grinds to be easy and hit the same buttons because of how much time you’ll be spending, but a game like this does not have that sort of quick combat. Character customization was AMAZING. I bet NewGame+ is INSANE with this. Has a nice little memeteam.

WOW THE ENDING WAS INCREDIBLE AND I LOVE THE DRAGON ENGINE. Gameplay was such a step up (even if I miss the different “modes” of combat), story was a HUGE step up, no bowling 0/10 BUT GOLF 10/10, MAJIMA STORY AND CALLBACKS IN THE CABERET CLUB. Arguably one of the worst optimized games I have ever played on PC. Took multiple patches and lots of hope to get the game to run with ps4 controller icons, with the controller, not at 80C for my CPU. DUAL LIGHTSABERS! The ladies in this game were badasses. MUSIC HARD 2000S LETS GOOOO, I can’t wait to see a cutscene in a Yakuza game that isn’t recycled ong also Osaka Castle was KINO

Lived up to all the memories I had and more. Incredible writing, absolutely incredible. Pokemon can never be like this anymore. I am blessed to have played this as a kid and as an adult. Extra episodes delivered on the amazing writing as well, Igglybuff and Grovyle’s episodes in particular. I didn’t remember who my partner was at first, but the moment I saw the Turtwig portrait, I remembered. Wild how memories work. This is now one of my favorite games. This is peak DS, peak side game Pokemon, OST is perfect (best emotional song: Defend Globe, best Dungeon theme ALL OF THEM). Only 2 negatives are the Time/Darkness opening cutscene is MILES better (includes the musical motifs like omg those motifs are everywhere in the ost holy moly) and the Unown puzzle is baffling because it’s so bad compared to the rest of the game. I could sing this game’s praises forever if I wanted to.
