really good atmosphere and art direction. Don't think it would have worked without that long office section at the beginning. There were definitely secrets that I missed, upset this isn't a more popular game because I have to be the one to find them (grrr I hate actually playing the games that I own).
My copy has a hardlock bug in Ellen's section, not sure if this is common but trying to troubleshoot I found a lot of people experiencing similar bugs in other places. Probably better to just watch a playthrough of this game or read the book anyway.

The accuracy of the characters vary wildly, from Terezi (my personal favorite, aside from john who was just straight up written by hussie so he doesn't count) to Karkat (the most heinous). The overarching story is pretty fun, and if you can get over the cringefest that happens at the beginning of the epilogue, the two main endings have interesting implications.

Wonderful game that goes on for just a little too long. I wish there were a few more mysteries to uncover and less backtracking for side quests.
