I was absolutely hyped for this game upon release, and I was NOT disappointed. The music. The visuals, the super fun Capture & extra jump mechanics with Cappy. The absolute silliness of a GIANT REALISTIC DRAGON. God, I loved this game.

Kinda wish I could forget about it so I could play it all again..but not really.

Only problem was that the Mushroom Kingdom postgame was a liiiittle lame. I was expecting some super-cool SM64 area remakes or something, not gonna lie. And I also wanted more to do after beating the game (sort of one-and-done)

But that feels like more of a me problem than the game.

Ahhh..the best fighting game in my opinion.

Loads of fun, silly characters, great music, and controls that are pretty easy to get used to! Picky 4 Life.

I LOVE the Legend of Valkyrie.
The controls are fine, and the gameplay is so appealing! The fun magic ability gimmick, the co-op, the amazing visuals and sound for 1989.. So good.

Decently fair for an arcade game too, especially if you find all the Magic abilities!

The controls ouuuuugh the controls.
I’d probably enjoy it if it weren’t for Momo facing the screen like a moron every time I wanna walk in the opposite direction.

Love the tokusatsu stage show idea, but the whole photographer thing is ehhh..

It’s jank, it’s a quarter muncher, but I CAN’T hate it. It might be my love for Namco, but I still found this game stupid fun.

The character designs are great as well! Another game that’d be fun to learn about the history of.

So much fun. Amazing graphics, and a blast to play with friends. One of my favorites!

I need one of those books going over the history of Treasure games, I bet the history of this game’s development is a fun read.
