On the plus side:
- The game looks great and the animation are gorgeous
- The recreation ok Tokyo is really awesome to go around
- The relationship between the main protagonist and his helper his ok
- The myths based monster are pretty good

On the negative side though:
- The gameplay is so shallow and empty, it's just spamming your spells mindlessly
- The game is really easy and boring
- It's on of those open-world game filled to the brim will useless collectibles, so if you like those ubisoft-kind open world you'll probably love this one
- The story is bad, the main protagonist is bland
So to conclude, I think they might have missed the game in the aspect that if it had been a horror game it could have been great but they made an openworld generic action game that lacks any kind of soul or interest
