Strive is a plain masterpiece by Daisuke Ishiwatari and his team. It's like a playable anime and its story mode is just one long anime movie, which is a plus in my opinion.
Gameplaywise it is soooooooooo good and mixed it up so much in comparison from the last game but didn't lose it's identity at all!
It's more open for new players, but still offers a very high skill ceiling that tos in its Heaven rank in the online matchmaking.
Maybe the best modern fighting game out there.
