I wasn't feeling this one at first but around the midway mark it started to get good. Bosses still felt a bit too easy though the subsequent playthroughs gave them proper fights.

I really feel like the episodes drag this one down hard though. Most of them are the exact same levels with the same characters. Whereas the 1st game you had great variety already with your 2nd run! Being able to get new abilities as a "penalty" was great. In the 2nd game sure at the very end you get to play it like cotm1 but by that point I was so burnt out. Even with how cool the concept is of the last episode I just don't want to touch this again for a long time.
