One of the best entries in the overall unexciting "New" SMB series of games. This game introduced the use of Yoshi and local coop gameplay of up to four people. Coop sessions are what they are made to be, they can be serious or crazy fun in a chaotic way.

Level design and gameplay are fairly standard and conservative like in the other games of the series, however, this one stands out a bit more when compared to the DS game.
