Pros: reallly good combat, okay story ,mechanics, levels, artstyle, never gets repetetive because of the upgrades

I am emotionally attached to this game because my father and I would bond over this game before he passed away. I played it first, he got curious and wanted to play, and made him fall in love with it. He’d ask for tips and help from me and just enthuse about it in normal conversation. The first time I played it after he passed was more sad to me. It was nice seeing Joel and Ellie become more like father and daughter, made me think of the bonding I did with my own father over those characters.

The multiplayer for this game was soooooooooo good back in the day, and now it's gone forever. Truly one of gaming's greatest tragedies.
