Much as I dislike Signalis, it is explicitly a lesbian game. Whether or not you think the lesbianism presented within is interesting is up to you (I was not compelled by it)

i tried to add 0th Dimension to igdb two years ago but got hit with the ol less historically important than Rapelay line but that's also worth playing. maybe i should try again

I was very close to adding re:kinder when i first made this list but despite heisei pistol show being one of my favorite games i haven't played re:kinder and i didn't know if it was gay. added it now.

Also i feel igdb is a lot less weird about adult games then they were a few years ago.
