The combat feels like a waltz you're dancing with your enemies as attacks lead to a pause in a very committed way. The game gives you a set of tools to control the space (dashes, block, ranged magic, rolls, etc.) and puts enemies in tricky ways to make you use those properly, making you know their timing as most of them have a delay you have to think of. However, the combat feels a bit clunky and doesn't know how to expand it as good as it could've been.
Otherwise, the game tries to offer adventure and platforming elements that don't really add to the experience even though they have some intention.
