I first played this series with Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright in 2017. I then would go onto play Fire Emblem on NES for the Switch followed by Theresia 776 immediately afterwards before learning I played what were considered the two worst entries in the franchise then was told to play a Fire Emblem fan equivalent of a Persona 5 Royal fan being told to start with Shin Megami Tensei IF if they want to try mainline.

Despite that, there are games in this series I like, so I'm going to rank them without actually providing my reasonings as to why I rated them the way I did because I think that's funnier than explaining.
