A cyberpunk action game with a high degree of customization to it that keeps things interesting throughout. The combat often feels out of control when played in real time, but this feels an intentional decision to push you towards the VATS like "turn" mode where time freezes and you can plot out each move. There's a nice tension to surviving between turns, and there's tons of fun moves, passives and plug ins to mix, match and experiment with. Plus, nice writing and vibes. It's well put together!
