This game was a dream come true for Harry Potter fans. They nailed the aesthetic of the wizarding world perfectly. I’ve even replayed it and enjoyed it just as much.

For a free-to-play game, this was fine. It was only barely peripherally a Silent Hill game, and I imagine it is terribly triggering for folks who’ve struggled with depression, but I didn’t hate my time with it.

It may not be my favorite game I’ve ever played, but it is the best game I’ve ever played. It perfected exploration. I can only hope it changes how other games are designed going forward.

This was my favorite game of 2023. Like Elden Ring, I hope other studios learn from this and incorporate some of the mechanics such as nearly infinite choice Latina included here. It’s truly a next level game.
