I had high hopes for this game, but it unfortunately did not meet those expectations when I played. Ori has interesting ideas and some solid movement...and that's about it. Not a fan of having to wait the entire game to get a dash in a Metroidvania. There were some sections that actually frustrated me to the point of having to take a break. Combat is a joke where all you do is spam one button over and over. The story was decent, but not nearly as captivating as some claimed it was. Overall, I wish I had a better experience with such a beloved game
