After so many arena fighters on the market, an anime game that's instead a battle royale is somehow a breath of fresh air. And it's free? Surprisingly fun with good movement, especially when you master it. Hopefully these games learn and go into new directions so we can get this kind of games with even better quality. My only nitpick is how easy it is to get knocked out if you get jumped, feels like I'm getting sniped in one blow instead of getting to brawl. Usually the health + shields is enough but a synchronized team with the right characters just melts you.

Doesn't have a story (not that it's trying to have one), but it's a genuinely fun BR, squad with friends, game; and I've seen way worse f2p models. You can play as anyone you haven't unlocked at least 3 times per day due to rental tickets (You can unlock characters by playing). Like any model, keep your relevant tickets for your favorites and don't pull in banners until you can get the guaranteed rolls. As of the start of 2024 it has no cross play, but they have acknowledged it, so it's just a matter of time.
