Hauntingly gorgeous and gently macabre, wearing a unique but demented style all its own. Unfortunately a supreme aesthetic and a great sense of imagery cant do all the work for you, you do also have to come up with something other than just number password puzzles and damage-trading RPG fights.

im starting to think this entire chapter is a lost cause

first half: pretty boring, enemies cant hit a standing target, lots of running around looking where the damn mission objective is, lots of massive empty areas, maybe there will be a house/room with nothing in it, what the fuck do you mean i failed my objective
second half: fucking what is this level design oh my god, why are enemies spawning infinitely right next to me whenever i fucking turn around, enemies can suddenly zero in on you instantly and take out half your health in one shot, these stupid fucking npcs keep getting in the way of my shots, turrets laser in on you before you even notice them, and im STILL running around like a headless chicken figuring out where the fuck my objective is while im getting stunlocked to death by gunfire and WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN I FAILED THE MISSION OBJECTIVE
oh and uh
i played on mouse and keyboard and still had these issues, i cant FATHOM playing this on actual hardware
its not a good game, even for the time. play turok 1 instead, hell, it even came out before goldeneye
