I've been feeling pretty down as of late and thought I'd cheer myself up with some Half-Life. I truly love everything about this game, the fierce combat, subtle and innovative storytelling, the lore, the puzzles. It's all blended together so perfectly that there's no wonder this thing set the world of gaming on fire. I even love Xen. Genuinely. I've never had a hard time with the longjump, Interloper is fun, and I think the atmosphere is fantastic. So here's to you Half-Life. Even though I'm a relative new convert to the franchise, you really changed my life. Thanks.
