This was another game recommended by my best friend. I really liked playing this game. It took me about 10 hours, which is the average gameplay time. I didn't know what to expect with this game at all. I was a little bit confused at first, but it's got a lot of good twists.

First off, Vincent is a little b*tch. His character made me want to fight him lol. I thought Katherine was a little crazy at first, but then I understood where she was coming from. I started to get confused when all three Katherine's show up (all with different spellings and variations of the name). The game does do a good job at making you feel frustrated, surprised and stressed with everything that is going on. I thought the cut scenes were great. They were sometimes a little long, but not bad (another reason for the 4 stars). The game also does a really good job of making Vincent look like crap from his lack of sleep and stress.

I did like the gameplay and the puzzles were fun and challenging, but not to the point where I wanted to give up playing. One of the reasons I gave the game 4 stars is because of the "edge" that is said every time you move a block. That's me being extremely picky though :\ The overall message behind the game is great. I liked the idea of Vincent learning what he really wanted, but I also like how the game player's choice of answer to each question also decided the ending you got. There are 3 possible endings in the game. I also like that game players can relate to a lot of what happens in the game. I don't want to give away too much, but I feel like everyone should play this game! This is a game I would definitely play through again.

This was a game my best friend recommended and I'm glad he did! I really liked Oxenfree. I have never really played an interactive adventure game before, but I like the idea of how your decisions choose how your ending ends up.

It's hard to explain what this game is about but the best I can do is that it is about a break in time due to certain events. You experience the past, present and future while on an island with your high school friends. There is a great aspect of eeriness in this game. So if you like a little bit of horror, I would say you'd like this. One of the things that makes the game eerie is the radio you have handy to communicate with these "ghosts". The sounds these ghosts make are pretty scary, and the things they say are even scarier. There was even one point where I jumped from being scared lol! You are faced with a lot of difficult decisions in this game involving your friends and I honestly think it is such a great concept for a game. I think this game does a great job at depicting fear, loss, sadness, love and coming of age.

I liked the overall gameplay. I will say it did feel slow at times and I mean physically slow. There were times where I wanted to run but could only walk. The game can get a little bit confusing but I would say that this game is fun to play and not one that you're going to stress over. I can tell you I looked forward to picking it up when I would get home from work. The sequel comes out sometime this year so I'm looking forward to playing it! If you get the chance to play this game, I definitely would!

I have only been gaming since July 2021 and this is the second game I have ever played through. This game is absolutely stunning. It is short-about 3 hours, but so fun to play. The music is incredible and only enhances the visuals. There is no dialog at all, but the emotions of the main character are still conveyed incredibly well. I would say a lot of this comes from the way the creators used their music strategically.

The concept of the game is that our main character, Gris, has lost her voice and the colors around her. You collect what I like to call "stars" throughout the game to create constellations. After collecting the correct amount of stars, you gain a new ability that helps you as the levels of difficulty progress and you also have a new color be "brought back."

I did play this on my switch lite and I would like to replay it on my PC. The reason being is that there are points in the game where it pans out quite far and it can be kind of hard to see what you're doing. This is the only reason I gave it a 4.5 stars.

This game is more fun and easy going and a pleasure to look at rather than hard and challenging. It's a great game to relax to and have fun with while still having to be strategic. The ending was so, so beautiful. Please play this if you get a chance!
