These sniper challenges hinge on being interesting and fun to look around at, and this level in particular didn't strike me that way the way some of the ones in Hitman 2 did. Hitman is always a good time, and at this point, IO hadn't fully figured out the formula yet. Also, good luck reading the HUD at 4K.
