My favorite/proudest reviews I've done.
Not all of these are in-depth critiques and deep dives into these games... most aren't, but I hold them fondly anyway.
Ordered by how many likes they have. There might be more reviews I'm proud of than this, but I have a lot of them and don't feel like digging through and seeing the cringe of year's past.

Purely a shitpost, but it is my current most popular review and the first to reach 100 likes. I don't do stuff like this anymore, but I liked making quick quips like this when I first started out here. I think some of them are pretty funny, but actual reviews deserve more attention.

My first "review" to do numbers (it's another shitpost) and kind of led me to becoming a more active part of the community. Again, give actual critiques and reviews more attention please, but I still find this funny.

This one I did not expect to do as well as it did, but to be fair, this is probably my best joke I've put into a review, along with being an actual mini-review.

Sigh
Much like the game itself, I wanted more from this review. I spent a lot of time on it, and there is over 5,000 characters of it. Unfortunately didn't do what I had hoped.
Admittedly, while this is probably the review I'm most proud of, I did meander a lot in synopsis and such instead of analysis, and being a spoiler-full review probably didn't help it.
also, did the "i'm gonna jeff the kill you" reference do anything for anyone idk if it was obvious that was the reference

I love bookending - or at least just starting - my serious reviews with a joke, because even if people don't like reading paragraphs of reviews from some rando, they might get a chuckle from the get-go, and that makes it worth it to me.
This is probably my best actual review of a game so far.

I personally believe that you can review a game fairly even if you don't play nearly all of it, and still have a good critiquing of it. After all, there's a reason you stopped playing, right? This is that for me, analyzing a game I didn't make it very far in and why I didn't and won't.
Starts off with a lame joke that I think is really funny.

I made this one in one of the first few days on the site because I was browsing CD-i games and thought it was really funny. I imagine that's how everyone up to this point has come across this page, so it gives me a little laugh everytime I get a like on this review.

Not much to say, I just thought it was a pretty good review.
I was hoping it'd do more than my Budokai 2 review, but I guess since that game is more well-known, it probably got more attention.

Making a shitty joke about this game is a Backloggd rite of passage.

A too-deep-but-still-shallow look at a game that has practically no reason to play today.

First game I added to IGDB (I don't really plan on being a big contributor but still) and I'd just like for this mod to get more attention.

Not a review per se, mostly a collection of all my reviews of each individual Walking Dead episode. I cataloged all my reviews and choices I made (besides the very first episode), so this is mostly self-indulgent. Spoiler warning for each individual episode, by the way.

The most of an actual review of a Picross game I've made. Considering I fuckling love Picross, I think it's worth looking at.

I actually think this is a good look into the Switch release of these games (er, mostly Knight) and if it's worth getting for the reader.

There's something funny to me about giving a pretty deep analysis about something really short.

I know why this went under the radar, but I'm proud of this one. It's an overly-exhaustive look at this simple interactive jpg, Play Nintendo as an activity center for kids, and kind of a critique on the child unfriendliness of the modern internet.
