After 15 hours I finished Atomic Heart.
The look of the game should be highlighted positively, it looks fantastic in places. The gameplay was also fun here and there, even if melee or ranged combat never felt particularly satisfying. I was missing a certain weight.
The story was actually okay.
The big problem was the characters and especially the protagonist. You couldn't identify with him at all and he was so annoying. It's unbelievable how you can write such dialogues and monologues. Neither funny nor interesting.
In any case, it was a game with potential, but unfortunately it left a lot behind. The open world didn't motivate me to explore different places either. I also found the resource management a bit modest and I found the whole UI on the sex machine ugly. Unfortunately, I didn't find an option to mark resources on the map in order to farm something accordingly. I actually got most of it by dismantling it.
All in all okay but unfortunately not great. 6/10 Fat Boys.

Nach 15 Stunden bin ich mit Atomic Heart durchgewesen.
Also positiv hervorzuheben ist der Look des Spiels, es sieht stellenweise fantastisch aus. Auch das Gameplay hat hier und da Spaß gemacht, wenn auch gerade Nahkampf oder Fernkampf sich nie wirklich befriedigend angefühlt haben. Mir hat die gewisse Wuchtigkeit gefehlt.
Die Story war eigentlich in Ordnung.
Das große Problem waren die Charaktere und allen voran der Protagonist. Mit diesem konnte man sich überhaupt nicht identifizieren bzw. er hat so massiv genervt. Unglaublich wie man solche Dialoge und Monologe schreiben kann. Weder witzig noch interessant.
Es ist aufjedenfall ein Spiel mit Potential gewesen, dass aber leider einiges liegen lässt. Auch die Open-World hat mich nicht motiviert verschiedene Orte zu erkunden. Auch das Ressourcenmanagement fand ich etwas bescheiden und das ganze UI an der Sexmaschine fand ich hässlich. Ich habe leider keine Option gefunden Ressourcen auf der Map zu markieren um entsprechend was zu farmen. Hab eigentlich das meiste durchs Demontieren bekommen.
Alles in allem in Ordnung aber leider nicht berauschend. 6/10 Fat-Boys.
