The rain is dark blue and bounces off every bit of terrain in a satisfying manner. Digging a cavern in the side of a mountain for shelter and watching the rain fall over the valley is an unprecedented tranquility.

Bright white flashes of lightning and the traffic lights swing in the wind. Truly incredible.

The rain and the neon lights go well together.

Heavy rain for the whole game and the graphics and sound design are so good. I also love Phantom Pain's rain and would love to live on Mother Base.

You can actually watch the 3D rainclouds pass over or see them from above in the mountains. Only problem is, much like real life, rain doesn't happen enough in the game.

I like the scary noises in the background.

The normal rain is beautiful, but timefall is terrifying.
