Felt like I was completely alone at times when it comes to this game. A genuine disgrace to the entire Mario series. To come between the massive (if flawed) leap of 64, and the genuine Nintendo Magnum Opus of Galaxy is just... utterly baffling. It's the forgotten middle child of the 3DAS trilogy, and tbh, it deserves that status.

There were times when I questioned whether I was just playing the game wrong but nope, I truly believe this is a badly designed game. It’s not fun to play and whenever I finish a level it’s never satisfying, only relieving that it’s done. The controls is what does it the most for me though.
