Good gameplay, good music. The beginning is a slog but it does end up coming together toward the second half of the game. You just have to push past the awful dialogue.

Boring location, bad characters, Steve

Good narrative. The gameplay is terrible but it's easy enough that it doesn't drag the game down. Worth at least watching the plot on youtube

The gameplay is pretty decent. It's a shame you'll spend 5 minutes on it for every like half an hour of cutscenes full of awful dialogue from cookie cutter characters voice acted like a 4kids cartoon by people reading a terrible script. There's 0 chance this turns out to be worth it. Terrible cutscene, walk for 3 minutes, terrible cutscene, walk for 3 minutes, fight for 5 minutes, terrible cutscene, rinse and repeat. Gave it about 10 hours of a chance. An insult to XenoGears.

Expected the plot to be less corny and more thoughtful but the mood is still top notch

If you can get it to not run like shit it's actually incredibly good
