Early on I thought this game was going to be perfect. While still a great game, it lost some steam later on.

It's better in every way than the first game. At the same time, it became too similar to Hollow Knight and many other titles in the genre, whereas the first game felt more unique

The art and music in this game are incredible. I also really love how this game focuses more on platforming and less on combat than other MVs (even tho it is more combat than the first game)

At the beginning I really liked the upgrades, everything was useful and exploration felt meaningful. However as I got later in the game it felt like progress was a little slower and less meaningful

Also ran into a bunch if bugs on the Switch version, kind expected for a game this intense and didn't ruin my experience but def was annoying
