threw this on the TV with my new super game boy tonight and played (almost) all the way through. this rocks! I forgot how much I played it as a kid-- alnost every stage triggered a memory. memories aside, it's a very good Mario that has a bit of a bizarro vibe. like, they got Friday the 13th Jason goomba! I think the pixel art is great, too. I died on the final stage (having no lives after spaceman whooped my ass) and decided to call it quits. I believe the battery in the cart is dead too, so I think it'll be a few more years til I revisit it.
