I umm loved that to be honest and reallly reallllyyyy needed something like this right now, it's kinda opened my eyes to my own issues with how i view my creative pursuits, i think it gave a pretty realistic take on how going from pursuing something out of passion and love to then doing it just to make whatever would appeal to the widest audience can really tear down creative partnerships and tear down you as a person, because you're probably aware you're not doing it out of fun anymore but you've spent so long pursuing it, how can you just give up now, even if you hate every second of it.

It's kinda opened my eyes to how i've been following old creative passions from my childhood recently with the constant thought running through my mind of "wellll,,,, i like this but i sure as hell know others wont." then that thought just gets overwhelming, trying to uphold yourself to extremely unrealistic standards instead of just doing it out of fun, love and passion.
umm yeah thats enough rambling im tired this probably doesnt make much sense

ALSO
end credits is "Walking in My Sleep" by Noa Mal abbba... think ive found a new favourite artist adjkfkadf

Also had to cut out half a star thanks to Big's levels but other than that this is probablyyy my second favourite game in the series now, at least of what i've played so far. As someone who grew up on Sonic 06 and loved it playing this brought back so many old feelings from my childhood. 06 shares a lot of similarities to Adventure at least in the way the game itself is handled. I loved just about every stage, Speed Highway especially, the other characters were surprisingly a lot of fun to play as excluding big of course lol, I wish Amy had more stages though, was pretty disappointed she was given 3 rather than 5 like the other characters who weren't sonic.

God dude everything about this game is just so charming, so of its time, sometimes so jank, sometimes so goofy with its awful AWFUL lip syncing and mouth movements which honestly... just added so much to the experience for me. The game is by no means perfect.... but I'm a sucker for games that try to be something that the technology of its time just isn't yet ready for.
The game is just so much fun from every aspect excluding bigs levels, emits so much character, its just sooooo.,... how do i put it... "itself" it feels so unique and hard to compare to any other game i can think of and i adore it for that.,It's not trying to be something it's not.

Honestly the levels for this DLC were awful but it was pretty interesting getting to experience how deranged Three is and what led to Octa leaving her behind

That was amazing I wasn't expecting to love this DLC as much as I did. I was worried this wouldn't delve into certain things around Two's backstory but I'm really happy with this, the last two verses, especially the final one were so heartbreaking and the build up to it was so well done. Getting more insight into Two and Cent's relationship and why things turned out the way they did in the end was exactly what I wanted and thank god Yoko Taro gave that to us. I feel so sorry for the two of them.

Considering the Intoners other than Zero didn't get much screen time in Branch A of the main game resulting in them being pretty underdeveloped, I think this DLC is a good addition if you care to learn more about the characters and the overall story of this universe. While it's not a crazy big telling of One's backstory it gives pretty good insight into her thought process, who she is as a person, her beliefs and the things she cherishes and adores, and her reason for fighting in the first place.

It's a pretty cheap DLC all things considered so I think this is worth getting if you want to delve more into the characters.
